Hi, I’m Bernadette, Client Advisor at Family One Source and proud Army spouse. Like many military families, my husband and I live a life full of change and unpredictability—which is why flexibility and meaningful work matter so much to me. Joining Family One Source gave me the opportunity to not only support others but also build a schedule that fits the unique rhythm of our life. 

Before joining the team, I had just returned to customer service and sales, looking for a role where I could learn, grow, and help others along the way. I recently earned my life insurance license in Alaska and have been diving into everything this career has to offer. It’s been exciting to explore the world of financial planning and connect with other military families who are trying to make smart decisions for their futures. 

As a Client Advisor, I bring a genuine love for people and an eye for problem-solving. Whether it’s explaining benefits, helping with next steps, or just offering a little clarity in a confusing moment, I’m here to walk with clients through their journey—at their pace, and in their style. 

Outside of work, you can usually find me gaming on my PC, teaming up with friends, and occasionally breaking into song. I’m also passionate about food—trying new restaurants and then attempting to recreate the dishes at home just by taste. It’s kind of my superpower. And fun fact: I absolutely love ducks. There’s just something about them that makes me smile every time.
