Financial planner / Life agent
We are looking to hire and train financial planners/insurance agents who will work one-on-one with clients to identify and discuss their financial goals and opportunities. This position is a great fit for someone who;
- Likes having a flexible schedule.
- Has gaps in their resume, or have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or longer.
- Is just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
- Wants unlimited income potential.
- Wants the ability to keep their career when they PCS.
Requirements and Responsibilities
No experience in finance, no problem! Some of our most successful financial planners started out in other fields. Our unique approach to training and development are designed to help you succeed. From helping you pass the licensing exams to specialized training in our industry, we are committed to your success.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed in the state where you work. (We help you obtain your license!)
- Must complete ongoing Continuing Education (CE) programs each year to ensure industry standards and practices are maintained.
- Must be available afternoons and evenings.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Position requires 25-40 hours per week.
- Provide excellent customer service.

sales development representative (SDR)
Job Overview
Our SDRs are the voice of our company and are responsible for the first impression our organization makes with new customers. This is our "A-Team." As a representative of Family One Source, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of business meetings between sales personnel and potential or existing customers. Duties include keeping detailed schedules, reminding clients and staff members about meetings, and answering basic questions about the company's products and services. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, so excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are a must.
Responsibilities
- Familiarize yourself with essential details of our products and services.
- Call prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you.
- Field incoming phone calls and convert to appointments.
- Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue.
- Properly explain our Company to prospective clients when making appointments.
- Schedule a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
- Hitting appointment-setting goals/meet deadlines.
- Computer literate.
- Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect.
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
- Exhibit excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Ability to multitask.
- Flexible availability, evenings, and occasional Saturdays required.
