Hi, I'm Hannah, Director of Client Services at Family One Source. My goal is to ensure every client interaction is meaningful, smooth, and supported from start to finish. Whether it’s coordinating schedules or helping guide our SDR team, I take pride in being part of the engine that keeps our team running efficiently.
With a strong background in customer service, I bring a people-first approach to everything I do. My passion is creating a welcoming experience where clients feel truly cared for—not just served. I also recently earned my Florida real estate license, expanding my ability to support clients through life transitions and big financial decisions.
My connection to the military community is personal—my father served in the Air Force, and my sister is currently in the Army. We moved to Panama City in 2005 when my family was stationed at Tyndall AFB, and that experience gave me a deep understanding of the unique challenges military families face.
In addition to my daily responsibilities, I train and support our SDRs, helping ensure they’re equipped to create great first impressions and set up smooth, timely connections between clients and agents. I love the variety in my role and the chance to contribute to a mission-driven team.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending time with my favorite people. Whether I’m supporting clients or helping the team stay connected, I’m grateful to be part of a company that values service, growth, and genuine relationships.
