As Director of Client Services for Family One Source, Hannah strives to make sure clients have a positive experience when they call or visit our office. She works diligently to make sure all administrative tasks and assignments are handled efficiently, from scheduling appointments to account paperwork. She is also a notary public.
Hannah has over 3 years of experience in customer service and strives daily to create an exceptional client experience – We want our clients to feel like part of our family.
Hannah also has a personal connection to the military as her father is retired Air Force and her sister is currently active duty Army. She moved to Panama City in 2005 when her family received orders to Tyndall, AFB. She graduated from North Bay Haven Charter Academy in 2020. In addition to working with F1S, she is continuing her education in the field of Real Estate. Her passions include cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
