DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Hi, I’m Hailey, Director of Marketing at Family One Source and proud military spouse. Life as part of a military family has given me a strong appreciation for adaptability, community, and the importance of support—values that I carry into my work every day.
Before joining Family One Source, I worked within the Department of Defense, where I developed a deep respect for service members and the families who stand beside them. My journey into marketing was driven by a desire to help others, and that’s exactly what I get to do here—making sure our message reaches the right people in the right way, when they need it most.
I specialize in marketing strategy, event coordination, and digital design, and I’m passionate about creating meaningful experiences—whether it’s through a printed piece, a community event, or the materials that help our team connect with families. One of my favorite parts of the job is supporting our outreach efforts, making sure our events are not only well-organized, but also impactful in helping families discover the resources and care we offer. I love leading from behind the scenes—designing, planning, and setting the stage for others to shine.
Outside of work, I coach cheerleading, spend time with my dogs, and enjoy making memories with my family. (Fun fact: I competed in the 2019 Cheerleading Worlds—an experience that taught me the power of energy, teamwork, and precision.
