Hi, I’m Jacs—Sales Development Representative at Family One Source, lifelong people-person, and someone who believes in the power of a good conversation and a great cup of coffee. With over a decade of experience in hospitality and a background in marketing, quality assurance, and sales, I’ve always loved roles that let me connect with others and make someone’s day a little brighter.
I come from a proud military family. My uncle served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS America and USS Theodore Roosevelt during Desert Storm, working on aircraft carriers and refueling the flight deck. My grandpop served in the British Army’s REME Division, where he worked on tanks—but if you ask him, his real role was playing soccer. His teammates called him "Pele," and he was once pulled from a deployment lineup just to play in a soccer match. Those stories have always inspired my respect for service and resilience.
Joining Family One Source has given me the chance to grow professionally while doing what I love—helping people, sharing a smile, and supporting those who serve. I’m excited to keep learning and developing in my role while connecting families with the financial tools and guidance they deserve.
When I’m not working, you can find me deep into a good book, playing video games, or serving at my church. I also have a few hidden talents—I can solve a Rubik’s Cube and strum a tune on the ukulele!
