Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Hi, I'm Laney, a Sales Development Representative here at Family One Source. As a military spouse for over a decade, I understand how overwhelming life can get when you’re navigating constant change, long deployments, and complex benefits. My husband has proudly served in the Air Force for 13 years, and together we've been stationed at Nellis AFB, Beale AFB, and now Tyndall AFB—each stop adding to our story and strengthening my connection to the military community.
My journey with Family One Source started as a client. From our very first tax appointment, I experienced a level of care, clarity, and support that was completely different from anything we’d had before. Not only did they help us file with ease, but they also introduced us to benefits we didn’t even know we had access to. That experience left such an impact, I knew I wanted to be part of the mission.
In my role as an SDR, I help connect clients with the right advisors by scheduling appointments and ensuring their needs are heard and understood from the very beginning. I love being a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for families who may be feeling unsure or overwhelmed—I’ve been in their shoes, and I know how much it means to feel supported.
When I’m not working, I enjoy life near the water, trying new restaurants in Bay County, and making memories with my family. It’s an honor to be part of a team that truly cares and to support other military families as they navigate their financial journeys.
